RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team to achieve unit goals.
• Deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts (7 pm-7:30 am), employing critical thinking, patient assessment, and teamwork.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements, and contribute to unit and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree acceptable with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years.
• Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting.
• Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS certification within one year of hire.

Schedule

Night shifts (7 pm-7:30 am).
