Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
- Ensures adherence to all healthcare policies and regulations
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Assesses patients' needs and provides necessary medical interventions
- Monitors patient progress and reports any changes to healthcare providers
- Completes required documentation and maintains accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in state of practice
- At least 2 years of home health/nursing supervisor experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software
Qualifications
