Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure all patient care documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations
- Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care
- Assist in the recertification process for nurses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Experience in home health or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
