About the role
Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive necessary medical attention and support.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to healthcare providers
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in home health care or similar setting
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Qualifications
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
