RN Assistant Nurse Manager (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Aid in staff recruitment, retention, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and adherence to clinical and organizational standards.
• Support budget management and quality improvement initiatives using evidence-based practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards.
• Engage staff in decision-making and foster a safe, healthy work environment.
• Participate in professional development, research, and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience.
• Certifications: BLS, preferably in nursing administration.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Desire for professional growth and understanding of healthcare operations and data use.
