About the role
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing care within a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervising nursing staff
- Ensuring timely and compassionate patient care
- Assigning personnel
- Identifying training needs
- Reporting and issue resolution
- Staff management
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification (ACLS within one year of hire)
- CRRN certification (within one year of hire)
- At least five years of nursing experience, including two in an inpatient setting
- Previous leadership experience
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
