Full-Time Nurse Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, supporting the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient, resident, family, and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage nursing and patient care to align with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions, while minimizing overtime and agency use.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
