Full-Time Nursing Manager

About the Role

Managing clinical and operational aspects of a multi-lab cardiovascular and procedural services department, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff supervision, workflows, and adherence to policies. Providing leadership for services supporting Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, Vascular Surgery, and Invasive Cardiology, along with overseeing a pre/post-operative recovery unit. Ensuring adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies to facilitate efficient patient flow and safety. Promoting clinical skill development, monitoring outcomes, and enhancing patient, customer, and staff satisfaction. Maintains knowledge of safe standards of care, including ASPAN guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and operational aspects of a multi-lab cardiovascular and procedural services department.
• Ensure high-quality patient care, staff supervision, workflows, and adherence to policies.
• Provide leadership for services supporting Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, Vascular Surgery, and Invasive Cardiology.
• Oversee a pre/post-operative recovery unit.
• Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies to facilitate efficient patient flow and safety.
• Promote clinical skill development, monitor outcomes, and enhance patient, customer, and staff satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of safe standards of care, including ASPAN guidelines.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Valid Washington RN license.
• BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of recent specialty experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, clinical expertise, and operational oversight skills.

Preferred: Management experience.
