Nurse Manager - Full Time

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required; current employees without an MSN must obtain it by a specified date.
• National nursing board certification in a specialty area required; current employees without certification must obtain it.
• Minimum of five years of professional nursing experience.
• Leadership and management experience, including knowledge of advanced nursing practice, CQI processes, care delivery models, healthcare systems, and budgeting.
• Licensure: Active RN license in Florida required.
