About the role

The Antepartum Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, high-risk obstetric care to pregnant patients requiring hospitalization before delivery, utilizing direct patient care and evidence-based practices. They work within a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing safety, wellness, and patient-centered outcomes, while mentoring new staff and supporting clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope care in units such as Mother/Baby and NICU.
• Adhere to practice standards from AWHONN and AACN.
• Contribute to safe, quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in Women and Infants nursing or completion of a fellowship.

Qualifications

• Certifications: NRP, ACLS, and BLS (required).
