Registered Nurse - Antepartum - Nights

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse - Antepartum provides safe, compassionate care by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. They collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities Assess patient health data, communicate care plans, and tailor patient and family education based on individual needs and cultural backgrounds.Evaluate patient progress, revise care plans as necessary, and provide psychological support to patients and families.Assist with technical procedures such as injections, venipuncture, and IV management, and participate in performance improvement activities and research.Contribute to a multidisciplinary team, share knowledge, and support clinical education.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and assist in transporting acutely ill patients when needed. Qualifications & Skills Valid nursing license and Antepartum experience (minimum 18 months preferred for sign-on bonus).Strong assessment, communication, and teaching skills, with the ability to individualize patient care.Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and support professional development.Experience with wound, ostomy, or skin care is advantageous. Additional Information: The role involves night shifts, with a possibility to float to postpartum units.
