RN - Antepartum - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse – Antepartum (Night Shift) Responsibilities: Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care by developing and evaluating individualized care plans, conducting patient assessments, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Provide patient education tailored to cultural backgrounds and learning styles, support professional development of colleagues, and contribute to performance improvement and research activities. Assist with technical procedures such as injections, venipuncture, and IV management, and monitor wound/ostomy/skin care treatments. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and assist in patient transportation when needed. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in antepartum nursing (minimum 18 months preferred for sign-on bonus), strong clinical assessment and communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Knowledge of wound/ostomy/skin care and proficiency in technical procedures are advantageous. Key Duties: Plan and revise patient care strategies, evaluate patient progress, educate patients and families, document care activities, participate in professional development, and support a team-oriented environment focused on quality care and continuous improvement.
