RN - Antepartum - Night Shift

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse - Antepartum provides safe, compassionate care by planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Key Responsibilities Develop and revise individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Assess patient health data, deliver education tailored to cultural and learning needs, and support disease management and emergency care.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, participate in performance improvement activities, and support staff development.Assist with technical procedures such as injections, venipuncture, IV management, and wound care, including daily rounds when skilled.Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and assist in patient transportation as needed. Qualifications & Skills Experience in Antepartum nursing (minimum 18 months preferred for sign-on bonus).Strong assessment, communication, and teaching skills.Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to professional development.Competence in technical procedures related to wound/ostomy/skin care is advantageous.
