RN - Angels Call Center

Summary of Job Duties

The Registered Nurse (RN) performs telephonic patient triage using decision-making software, assists with patient consults and transports, uses videoconferencing equipment for telemedicine operations. The RN practices within the limits of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and adheres to institutional policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Education, general: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with associate degree or Nursing Diploma
  Valid RN License
  1 year of Registered Nursing experience
  Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, strong work ethics and accountability
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors in Nursing or Master's in Nursing
  5 years of Registered Nursing experience
  Preferred Experience: Critical Care, ED experience, Phone Triage, Hospital Transfer, Case Coordination, Telephone etiquette, Labor and Delivery or High Risk antepartum service.

Additional Information

Job Requirements: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers nursing care for patients within the limits of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and adheres to institutional policies, procedures and standards. The RN is responsible to adhere to the standard of care defined by UAMS, ANA, and Standards for specialty patient population with support and mentoring by other team members.
