RN - Acute Care Neurosciences

Role Overview: Provides direct, top-of-scope nursing care in a high-acuity acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Prioritizes evidence-based, patient-centered care; models proficiency through precepting new staff; contributes to safety and quality at the point of care; supports specialty education and competency validation. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of 6 months of RN experience and Basic Life Support certification. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and have recent clinical experience in Med-Surg units.
