About the Role

This position involves providing high-quality, direct patient care in a specialized acute care (Med-Surg) unit, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team approach. The nurse models evidence-based practice, prioritizes patient wellness, and supports new healthcare team members through precepting.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering top of scope nursing care to patients with moderate to high acuity.
  • Supporting clinical education and competency validation.
  • Contributing to patient safety, quality outcomes, and evidence-based practices.

Requirements

  • Licensed RN with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited or approved nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current state licensure as an RN.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
