About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a specialized acute care unit, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes patient wellness and contributes to safety and care quality.
• Models proficiency through precepting and supports specialty education and competency validation, especially in moderate to high-acuity Med-Surg units.
• Engages in top-of-scope practice and promotes a patient-centered approach.
• Fosters a collaborative team environment and supports continuous learning.
• Adheres to clinical standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
