Right of Way Specialist (Land Agent / Easement Acquisition) – Field Based

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring easements and managing right-of-way projects. This role involves working closely with clients and local authorities to secure necessary permissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the acquisition of easements and right-of-way permissions
• Communicate effectively with clients and local authorities
• Prepare and present documentation for easement agreements
• Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in land management or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local zoning laws and regulations
• Experience with easement agreements and property law
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
