Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize land acquisition and easement agreements
• Manage relationships with property owners and stakeholders
• Research and analyze property data to support negotiations
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., real estate, business)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in land acquisition or similar field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 50%
