About the role

The primary responsibility of the Right of Way Specialist (Land Agent / Easement Acquisition) is to acquire and manage easements and rights-of-way for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential landowners and negotiate easement agreements.
• Research and analyze property boundaries and legal documents.
• Communicate with landowners to discuss and finalize easement terms.
