Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize land acquisition and easement agreements
• Manage relationships with landowners and stakeholders
• Research and analyze property data to support project decisions
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in land acquisition or similar field
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 50%
