Responsibilities

  • Negotiate terms and conditions for land acquisition and easement agreements
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including property owners, developers, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure all agreements comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Prepare and review documentation related to land acquisitions and easements
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues and maintain relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or environmental science
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in land acquisition or similar field
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
  • Experience with contract drafting and negotiation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay
