About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring easements and managing right-of-way projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate easement agreements with property owners
- Coordinate with local government agencies and utilities
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Document project progress and maintain records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land acquisition or similar field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local zoning laws and regulations
- Experience with GIS software
- Ability to travel up to 50%
