About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring easements and managing right-of-way projects. They will work closely with clients and local authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate easement agreements
- Coordinate with local authorities and clients to secure right-of-way permissions
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients
- Ensure all projects comply with local and federal regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in land acquisition or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local and federal regulations
- Experience with contract drafting and review
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
