Right of Way Specialist (Land Agent / Easement Acquisition) – Field Based

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring easements and managing right-of-way projects. They will work closely with clients and local authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate easement agreements
• Coordinate with local authorities and clients to secure right-of-way permissions
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients
• Ensure all projects comply with local and federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in land acquisition or related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 50%
