RIG RX technician

About the Role

We are currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Spray Polyurethane Foam Equipment. Here, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our values of integrity and innovation by delivering solutions that make a difference in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, assemble, and install equipment items such as Graco plural and single component machines; compressors; gas and diesel-powered generators; air dryer systems; and insulation processing equipment.
• Perform incidental welding and incidental metal work when repairing equipment.
• Travel and safely work independently with minimal supervision.
• Operate and maintain a complete set of hand, power, and shop tools, welding equipment, measuring instruments, and special mechanical equipment and tools.
• Operate, maintain, and transport trucks and trailers as needed.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Minimum of 4 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Machine Tool Technology Degree or similar technical school certification preferred.
• Good working knowledge of shop manuals, mathematics, and blueprints.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Travel Requirements

• Drive between various locations.
• Travel by various means of transport, including airplane, train, auto, or boat.
• Overnight travel is required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Pay

Compensation range: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
