About the role
We are seeking a Revit Team Member to join our growing CAD/BIM team and help transition our water resource projects into the Revit environment. This experienced designer will work in a fast-paced engineering setting, often requiring creative solutions to complex design problems. Frequent coordination and communication with design engineers is essential to solving problems, improving processes, and completing projects on time. Preferred locations for this position are Boise, ID, Kirkland, WA, and Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Revit projects, coordinating with project teams.
- Set up Revit projects utilizing multiple models, files, and team members.
- Manage Cloud projects.
- Create and manage View Templates, Views, Sheets, and Schedules in accordance with standards and desired outcomes.
- Create and manage Revit content with required knowledge of MEP discipline.
- Actively participate in projects by providing support through all phases of design and delivery.
- Collaborate with Revit, Inventor, and Civil 3D within a master model.
- Manage multiple assignments, remain highly organized, and produce high-quality work at a fast pace.
Preferred candidates will have experience with water treatment plants, pump stations, fish hatcheries, hydropower facilities, or similar MEP projects.
Qualifications
- Expert with Autodesk's Revit.
- Expert with pipe routing and equipment placement.
- Expert with Clash Detection.
- Experience working with Revit content to fulfill project requirements.
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and ability to manage ACC projects.
- Proficiency with Navisworks and 3D coordination.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience as an MEP designer preferred.
- Technical or vocational program completion with a focus in design and drafting; AA/AS preferred.
- Knowledge of Dynamo or Python for Revit is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fire Protection is a plus.
- Experience in water resources, including Fish Hatcheries, Hydroelectric Power, and Pump Storage.
- Strong technical writing and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate productively with multidisciplinary team members on concurrent projects.

Pay
Pay Range: $43.63 - $70.00 per hour (DOE).
