Role Responsibilities
- Own the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.
- Manage and improve revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 and GAAP standards.
- Monitor aging reports and lead proactive collections outreach to resolve delinquencies.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve billing disputes and contract discrepancies.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly A/R reporting, including aging summaries and cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain and optimize financial systems for transaction accuracy and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred.
- Strong relevant experience in accounts receivable, revenue operations, or a related finance role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Deep understanding of accounts receivable processes, revenue recognition principles (ASC 606), and GAAP.
- Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel.
