Revenue Growth Manager (RGM), DBC - Northeast
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the job description.
Sections present:
- About us (company description) - could be "About us" but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can only use those headings. So we need to map content to these headings.
"About us" maybe not needed; we could omit because not in allowed list. But we need to preserve substantive info; maybe we can include under "About the role"? The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, but likely we should only use those headings. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can include sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule if content exists.
We have content about the role: "About This Role" etc. So we can put that under About the role
.
Responsibilities: there is a "Key Responsibilities" section with bullet points.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: there is "Leadership Capabilities & Key Competencies" list (Critical Thinking, Commercial Competence, etc). That could be Skills or Qualifications. Also there may be requirements like experience? Not explicit. There's "We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive leader with a proven track record..." That's more like qualifications. We could put that under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide.
We have Benefits: there is a paragraph about rewards and benefits package, healthcare, retirement, etc. Also mention flexibility. So we can have Benefits section.
Pay: there is salary range: "$115.575 TO $192.625 (ANNUAL)" plus mention of annual incentive payment and stock awards. So we can have Pay section.
Schedule: not mentioned. No info about schedule, so we should not include Schedule section.
Also there is "Working with Us" about flexibility, diversity, etc. Could be part of Benefits or maybe we could put under Benefits? It's more about culture. Could be omitted or included under Benefits? But Benefits section should contain benefits info; we could include flexibility and diversity under Benefits or maybe under About the role? Probably better to include under Benefits as part of rewards and culture.
We must not include boilerplate like Recruitment Scam Warning, Worker Type, Primary Location etc. Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could include a short paragraph for location etc if we want, but better to drop. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep location? It's maybe minor metadata; we could drop. But "substantive information" maybe includes location? It's not essential to role? Might be considered metadata. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph with location and worker type. But we can also drop. Safer to include a short
with location and worker type. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove Recruitment Scam Warning, etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:
About the role
... (combining About us and About This Role? Actually About us is company overview; maybe we can include that as part of About the role? But better to keep About the role focusing on role description. Could include company overview in a separate paragraph before About the role? Not allowed heading. Could just include it in About the role section as intro. We'll put:
