Regional Growth Manager - Northeast Region

Our Power Delivery Solutions and Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions divisions seek a Regional Growth Manager to support clients in the Northeast region. Ideal candidates will be located in or near Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Boston, or Baltimore, though all qualified U.S. residents willing to relocate will be considered.
Leidos Energy, Infrastructure & Automation (EI&A) provides engineering, IT, and management consulting services to investor-owned utilities, ranking among the Top 4 T&D Firms, Top 10 Program Management Firms, and Top 20 Power Firms. We offer business and technical insight across the energy infrastructure industry, serving utilities, financial institutions, and government entities.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support new and existing business opportunities for Power Delivery Solutions, Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions divisions with investor-owned utilities, cooperative utilities, and state-wide energy agencies.
- Build, manage, and execute multiple client pursuit and capture strategies within a multi-disciplined, matrixed organization.
- Develop, execute, and maintain a commercially viable, time-phased sales funnel to achieve business objectives for each Business Area and Sector.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive positive margin growth and market share within the existing client base.
- Build and lead a team of growth professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in client/asset development and relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new and innovative approaches to markets and challenges.
- Ability to gather “ground truth” and design effective strategies in a dynamic environment.
- Keen understanding of strategic issues facing investor-owned utilities, including CapEx and OpEx funding constraints.
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time, or as needed to achieve objectives.
- Ability to operate successfully and lead in an environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or business, or an MBA/advanced degree.
- Current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).
- Existing security clearance.
