Northeast Regional Marketing & Growth Manager

Position Summary

The Regional Marketing & Growth Manager will lead and coordinate the Northeast Division’s marketing, business development support, growth programs, association strategy, and pursuit management activities. This role will help drive disciplined organic growth by ensuring opportunities, pursuits, conferences, association involvement, funding programs, external facing events, and business development initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal management, pursuit coordination, business development support, CRM administration, and/or growth program management.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred.
• Valid drivers license with good driving history.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with organizations such as ACEC, APWA, NEWEA, NEWWA, AWWA, and MMA.
