Requirements

• Associate's degree in related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in related field required
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience required
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred

What To Expect

As a Revenue Cycle Director, you will be responsible for:

• Efficient management of the Revenue Cycle
• Ensuring all Revenue Cycle functions are performed in an organized manner to maximize reimbursement and enhance patient satisfaction
• Overseeing staff and processes, implementing efficient workflows, and maintaining accurate billing records
• Playing a critical role in optimizing revenue cycles, minimizing delays or errors, and ensuring compliance with billing regulations
