Retirement Plan Manager (Remote)
Professional Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for group retirement and individual wealth planning clients, delivering responsive and high-quality service
- Oversee daily operations for retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Cook up client meetings, reviews, and service activities while maintaining organized records and documentation within CRM systems
- Deliver participant education sessions and respond to inquiries related to retirement planning, investments, and risk considerations
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and coordinate with vendors, broker/dealers, and internal stakeholders
- Generate reports and track key metrics to monitor client activity, service levels, and operational performance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience, and expand retirement service offerings
Qualifications And Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retirement plan management or retirement services
- Active Nebraska Life & Health Insurance License
- Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 63/65/66 licenses required
- Strong knowledge of retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and 414(h)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while building and maintaining strong client relationships

Pay Range
$70,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience. A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
