We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors in our retail or flagship locations, providing in-person tax assistance and support. Key responsibilities include offering full-service tax return preparation, delivering personalized tax advice, identifying deductions, minimizing liabilities, and maximizing refunds. As a community ambassador, you will engage prospects, promote TurboTax services, and foster long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts. Qualifications include active EA, CPA, or attorney licenses, with at least 3 years of experience preparing 30+ federal and state tax returns annually using professional software. You should be comfortable working onsite, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to work in a retail environment. Bilingual skills and experience with holistic tax advisory services are a plus.
