Retail Tax Specialist

We are looking for dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the country. In this role, you will offer comprehensive tax services, including return preparation, tax advice, and support using TurboTax software. You will build trusting relationships with customers by delivering personalized solutions, uncovering deductions, minimizing liabilities, and maximizing refunds. As a community ambassador, you will actively promote TurboTax services, engage prospects, and contribute to local marketing efforts to grow the client base. You will also create an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, familiarity with tax law, and the ability to work onsite. Bilingual skills and experience in tax advisory services are advantages.
