Retail Tax Specialist

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the country. In this role, you will deliver full-service tax return preparation, advice, and support for a variety of tax situations, leveraging your expertise and personalized approach to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will act as a community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally, engaging prospects, and building long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include creating an exceptional customer experience, conducting discovery sessions, uncovering deductions, minimizing liabilities, and providing future tax planning advice. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, familiarity with tax law, and the ability to work onsite. Preferred skills encompass strong communication, customer service, entrepreneurial mindset, and tech proficiency. Bilingual skills and community engagement experience are advantages.
