Retail Tax Specialist

Role Overview The TurboTax Retail Expert provides in-person tax advice, preparation, and support at retail locations, serving as a trusted community advisor. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive tax services, including handling complex tax situations and maximizing refunds.Engage with customers to build trust and foster long-term relationships, turning inquiries into loyal clients.Actively promote TurboTax within the community, participate in local marketing, and attract new clients.Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, personalized guidance, and clear communication.Utilize tax software, government resources, and team expertise to ensure accurate, personalized tax solutions. Qualifications & Skills Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience and a PTIN.Familiarity with tax law, Circular 230, and professional tax software.Excellent communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with a customer-centric attitude.Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work onsite in a retail environment.Willingness to wear a uniform and represent TurboTax professionally.
