Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as an adidas Brand ambassador, fostering emotional connections with customers.
• Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software like MS Office.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups.
• Work independently with discretion and perform effectively under pressure.
• Maintain a positive team environment with an inspirational attitude.
• Set and uphold high performance standards while building effective working relationships.
• Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, comprehension, and writing).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to occasionally work in outside weather conditions and moderate noise levels.
• Physical requirements:
  • Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to handle or feel objects.
  • Regular talking, hearing, and reaching with hands and arms.
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Frequent lifting/moving up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Operation of a Brannock device.
