Retail Store Manager, Little Caesars Arena

About the role

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Retail Store Manager to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the retail store, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring efficient and effective store operations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve sales goals
• Lead daily store operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, performance management, and execution of company initiatives
• Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotional execution, and guest engagement strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, loss prevention standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Manage inventory levels through accurate receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory control processes to maximize product availability and minimize shrink
• Monitor store performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales, operational efficiency, and the overall guest experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, organized, well-stocked, and brand compliant
• Build a positive, guest-focused culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement while delivering an exceptional retail experience

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Minimum of 1 year of retail operations experience preferred
• Ability to train and develop a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• No degree required

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
