Pay
Starting pay: $16.25 per hour plus unlimited sales incentives. Employees earn on average $531 per month in additional sales incentives.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face at the uBreakiFix store, providing personalized and human-centric customer experiences.
- Utilize communication skills to enrich the customer experience while leveraging the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique and upsell Asurion's products and services; work towards achievable sales goals.
- Perform tech repair tasks including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing customer electronic devices, learning specifics on the job.
- Support the dynamic needs of a retail store environment as a team player and support the surrounding market based on business needs.
- Multitask effectively at the intersection of retail, technology, and sales.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
- Basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
- Flexibility to work retail store hours and ability to multitask easily.
