Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of the store, delivering personalized customer experiences
• Use communication skills to enhance customer interactions while applying the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to upsell Asurion’s products and services
• Work toward achievable sales goals
• Engage in tech repair tasks, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing customer electronic devices
• Support the dynamic needs of a retail store as a team player
• Multitask effectively across retail, tech, and sales responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales
• Natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard and valued
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices (preferred but not required)
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and multitask effectively
