Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stay current with evolving technology and all the ways we work to meet customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we’ll provide the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Qualifications

• Earn between $21.7125 - $25.6125 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
• Opportunity for uncapped commission opportunities, with top sellers earning up to $62,460 per year.
• Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Skills
