Retail Sales Consultant

You’ll meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T’s full suite of products—including the latest devices and personalized services that bring friends, families, and communities closer together.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options.
• Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology to meet customer needs effectively.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Pay

• Base pay: $16.18–$20.31 per hour (varies by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training).
• Commission: Up to $13,700 if all sales goals are met; uncapped commission opportunities allow top sellers to earn up to $62,460 per year.

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• Shifts between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules posted 2 weeks in advance.
