Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers. Your goal is to guide them through their options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Requirements

• No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training and support will be provided.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in using AT&T's product offerings.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

Earnings range from $16.25 - $17.65 per hour plus up to $13,700 + in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commission opportunities are uncapped, allowing top performers to earn up to $62,460 per year.

Schedule

Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
