Retail Sale Consultant

About the role

You’ll use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options and creating meaningful connections with personalized sales expertise. You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a consultative sales approach to help them explore options.
• Participate in community events and manage online orders.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving technology and customer needs.

Schedule

• Hours between 9 AM–9 PM, including weekends.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Pay

Earn between $48,914 and $75,000 annually, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.
