Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers. Your goal is to guide them through their options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product options
• Participate in community events
• Fill online orders
• Make outbound calls to customers
• Work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• No sales experience? We'll provide the necessary tools, training, and coaching

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills

Pay

Earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
