Aqua Pros is seeking a professional retail salesperson to join a locally owned company dedicated to helping Central Virginia families create beautiful outdoor living spaces. Founded over 40 years ago, Aqua Pros specializes in pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, and more.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select the right products for their needs
• Perform computerized pool and spa water analysis
• Recommend appropriate water care products
• Learn about pools, hot tubs, swim spas, fireplaces, and outdoor living products
• Cook up with our service and construction teams
• Maintain an organized, professional showroom
• Continue developing product knowledge through manufacturer training and education

Requirements

• Experienced retail or customer service professional
• Friendly, confident, and relationship-focused
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during peak business periods
• Organized and productive during quieter times
• Interested in building long-term expertise rather than simply punching a clock
• Comfortable learning technical products and becoming a trusted advisor to customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
