Retail Sales Consultant
About the role
Every day you’ll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers using AT&T’s full suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
No prior sales experience is required. We provide the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.
Qualifications
Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Skills
A strong ability to connect with customers, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are key skills.

Pay
Earnings range from $15.76 - $18.32 per hour plus up to $13,700 + in commissions if all sales goals are met. Top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
Schedule
Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
