We are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor to uphold our core promise of exceptional customer and associate care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales floor efforts to ensure associates greet customers and present credible product solutions while meeting customer satisfaction standards.
  • Oversee execution of ad set and visual merchandising standards within the department.
  • Supervise freight flow, merchandise processing, cycle counts, and inventory control to track company assets.
  • Participate in department staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure competent associates are hired and properly service customers; escalate issues to management.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to associates on sales presentation, customer satisfaction, visual merchandising, and performance expectations.
  • Lead open and close procedures and serve as floor leader or manager-in-charge during the absence of store managers.
  • Maintain loss prevention awareness and assist in preparing for physical inventory.
  • Partner with senior management and/or Regional HR to handle human resource issues according to guidelines.
  • Perform other assigned duties and tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Two or more years of retail sales experience with direct accountability for sales, customer service targets, and merchandising standards, preferably in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, handle multiple customers simultaneously, and relate to people with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.

Schedule

Shifts include hours before and after store operating hours and may involve mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
