About the role
The Practice Manager at Henderson is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific practice, including managing staff, client relationships, and project execution. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and a proven track record in leadership and project management.
Responsibilities
- Aligns resources with projects to maximize efficiency and meet client expectations
- Serves as hiring manager for production staff
- Supervises project execution and client service
- Maintains employee performance and operational needs
- Manages client relationships and strategic contacts
- Manages project timelines and ensures quality and budget adherence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business
- Eight (8) or greater years of relevant experience, with a minimum of two (2) years in personnel or project management
- Proven track record in growing and developing client-focused engineering teams
- Excellent motivation, team leading, and goal achievement capabilities
- Broad proficiency of engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of industry codes, guides, and standards

Pay
