Retail Manager

About the role

Savers, an international thrift retailer, is seeking to fill the Retail Manager position(s). This role can support either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, ensuring smooth customer service and efficient product flow.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize store performance and meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and store operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

Pay

$23.94 - $39.26 per hour, depending on the role (Production or Retail).

Schedule

Flexible schedule with potential weekend and evening shifts.
